Cancellation/ prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.
 

Children and extra beds

One child under 12 years is charged EUR 15 per night when using existing beds.

Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.

All children under 12 years are charged EUR 15 per night for extra beds.

All further older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night for extra beds.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Full payment is due at check-in.

Full Terms:

1. Payment is strictly on arrival, cash or credit card accepted ( bank charges may apply)
2. All prices are inclusive of taxes and VAT. (VAT NO: MT20582714)
3. Last minute cancellation penalty applies; one day charged if booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival. Other modifications or cancellations to your booking can be made by direct communication with reservations department.
4. Online booking available if 3 nights or more.
5. Check in is at 1400 hrs, check out at 1030hrs unless agreed otherwise.
6. Please ensure that accommodation was found clean and in good order. Accommodation should be left the same way as found. Extra cleaning charges may apply.
7. No complaints are accepted after departure.
8. Requests for maintenance are to be reported to reception preferably before 10.00hrs to ensure that repairs are done on the same day.
9. Deposits against damages may apply.
10. The hotel is not responsible for any money, valuable items or personal belongings left in the room. Safety deposit boxes are provided in all rooms.
11. Keys are to be collected and handed in upondeparture at reception.
12. Taking out garbage is guests responsibility, skips are provided and are emptied daily at 730hrs.
13. Decency and correct behaviour is obligatory, guests causing disturbance will be asked to leave the premises with no refund.
14. Pool is open from 0900hrs -1900hrs. No inflatables /games/diving are allowed in the pool/pool decks for your own security.
15. Only hotel guests are allowed in rooms.
16. No pets are allowed
17. No parties allowed and music must be switched off at 11pm.
18. Cleaning of accommodation varies as per room type and booking, reception will provide information on arrival or on guests request prior to arrival.
19. Additional cleaning requests at extra charge.
20. Laundry service available at a cost.
21. Towel are changed daily and linen change is every 3 days or on request at an additional cost.
22. Official Language is Maltese and English. Other Languages might be spoken.
23. All bookings carried out on this website are concluded in English.
